This food meme seems more relevant to the US than the UK, but even with the things that really aren't as widely (or at all?) available in the UK, still I ended up listing 62. I always say that if it isn't actively running away, it is fair game;-)

Funnel cake is basically doughnut batter that is dropped into hot fat through a funnel so it ends up like a big fat pancake made of squiggles, then sprinkled with icing sugar. It is typical fairground food, and very yummy as long as you eat it fresh, but sits heavily on the stomach if not fresh.
