Computer help, anyone?

I have a faint memory of finding, while searching for something else, a program that would turn an HTML document in the a MS Reader (.LIT) document.
Maybe I dreamed it, but anyway, now that I would find such a thing useful, so I can more easily read some documents on my pda, I can't find it anymore.
(For now a workaround is to use MS Word with an addon to convert, but that only works on the computer which has a copy of Word. Because I am neither rich or a student, I can't reasonably afford M$ Office on any new computers I get, so I use Open Office instead. This, obviously, won't work with the MS Reader attachment. Another workaround is to read the html files directly, but that does not allow me to return to the same place when I re-open the document.)
Therefore I would like to find the program I thought I had found previously, so I can use my newer laptop to convert files, should I want to do so. Has anyone discovered such software?
